The new collection is a continuation of the previous one and marks a turning point in production. All products are produced in Croatia, from sewing and printing to labels and packaging. This makes Shika a truly Croatian product and guarantees the top quality of every item purchased.
This time we are introducing new material. It is a warm, soft, gentle, and perfect material to wear during cold winter days, and one of the most comfortable fabrics to wear as a shirt.
In this new collection, Shika will introduce the bottoms of the tracksuit, i.e., sweatpants, as well as the first children’s clothing line in the recognizable Shika style. You can expect different colors, from white-beige and yellow-green (ocher-olive) to purple-mint combinations, dark red, and gray-blue colors.
Very soon, you will have the opportunity to see what the new collection looks like, and for the first 20 online purchases, we have prepared a small surprise gift, so stay tuned!
Sustainable fashion: A holistic approach to design, production, and sales
Shika focuses on sustainable production and sustainable fashion. All items are produced in small quantities. We only make new models once we sell out old ones to avoid the excessive and unnecessary accumulation of clothes.
Shika at Slow Fashion Weekend

Shika presented a new collection at the Slow Fashion Weekend fashion event held in the iconic Zagreb club Aquarius, where young local designers could present their sustainable collections.
“Considering that this is my first fashion show, I’m delighted with how everything went! We put a lot of effort into the models’ makeup and hairstyle, and I think we left a compelling impression. All my models are complete amateurs, but they have “that something” Shikastic!” 😀
Designer Klara thought of everything. Klara attended her first fashion show in a black combination, perfectly contrasting the clothes from the new collection. She further emphasized her creativity and love of colors with green lipstick and colorful feathers in her hair. Her appearance at the end gave a special touch to the extravagant combinations that Shika models wore.
This was Shika’s first successful fashion show and one in a series of many more, as the brand itself has already proven its place on the local sustainable fashion scene!

Favorite item in this collection:
My favorite item is the sweatpants that come with a sweatshirt. I can’t wait to walk in it because, apart from looking nice, sweatpants are very comfortable to wear.
Inspiration for the new collection:
Previous collections inspire me. I follow what the customers like from previous models, so I make new designs and variations accordingly.
Favorite material:
My favorite material for winter is fleece – a comfortable, soft, warm fabric. My attitude for the winter is “the thicker, the better”. I wear different materials more often during the summer, but cotton with some elastane is still my favorite.
What do you like to wear the most:
I like clothes that are as thick and soft as possible during cold days, without experimenting too much with clothes in winter. The only thing that matters to me is that they are warm, so I primarily wear hoodies and sweatshirts. When I have to dress up, I combine blouses and sweatshirts I like to wear light summer blouses, dresses, tops, and skirts on summer days, but you can often see me in cotton t-shirts and shorts.
