Delivery and product return

DELIVERY

In the Republic of Croatia, delivery of products is made within 2 to 5 working days from the confirmation of the order. All orders received on a business day will be delivered no later than the next business day. Orders received on weekends and non-working days will be delivered on the first following working day.

For deliveries outside the Republic of Croatia, the delivery service guarantees delivery within 8 days of order confirmation if the order is received during the working day.

If the delivered product differs from the product ordered and paid by the Customer, the Customer is obliged to inform Shika and is entitled to a new delivery which will be delivered within two to five working days from the day Shika receives the wrong delivery notification. If it is not possible to deliver the correct order, the Customer is entitled to a refund.

The Customer is obliged to send the wrong delivery to the address Shika, Vladimira Nazora, 35257 Luzani.

Shipping costs will be included during order fulfillment.

Shipping costs for Republic of Croatia are 4 EUR

Shipping costs for European Union countries are 13,5 EUR

Shipping costs for countries outside the European Union are 20 EUR

SHIPMENT DAMAGE

Shipments will be packed in such a way as to prevent any damage during regular handling and delivery. At the time of receipt of the shipment, the Customer is obliged to inspect it and determine whether it is damaged and contains the exact number of ordered products. If the shipment was damaged or did not contain the exact number of products, the Customer is obliged to report it to the courier and refuse to receive such a shipment.

In that case, the Customer is obliged to inform Shika via the e-mail address info@shika.hr

SHIPMENT RECEIPT

The ordered products will be delivered through the delivery service to the address specified by the Customer during the order. If the Customer is not found at the specified address at the time the courier delivers the shipment, the courier will leave a notice with which the shipment can be picked up at the designated post office. If the Customer does not receive the shipment within 8 days, he is obliged to inform Shika to the e-mail address info@shika.com in order for Shika to determine where the shipment is located.

PRODUCT RETURN

Return of unused or unworn products can be made within 14 days of receipt. Used or worn products, as well as products that lack the etiquette or original packaging, cannot be returned.

All costs related to the product return are borne by the Customer.

It is not possible to return products that are on sale.

To request a refund, please use the form available at the bottom of this page to make it easier for us to find your order and return it as quickly as possible. Please fill in all fields in the form.

Once we receive the returned products it will take 5-7 days to process the return.

In the case of a refund, you can choose between a refund or a replacement product.

Refunds can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank.

In case of international refunds, the Customer will be obliged to pay all possible taxes and duties.
